Unintended is a MINI PRO LAB from HackTheBox.

This Red Team Operator I lab exposes players to:

• Active Directory backup enumeration
• Lateral movement
• Network Pivoting
• Linux privilege escalation
• Backup Forensics
• Web Application attacks

Unintended is designed for individuals looking to expand their knowledge of Active Directory exploitation in a Linux-centric environment. It is well-suited for those seeking to understand real-world misconfigurations in hybrid infrastructure.

In my opinion, it’s a nice easy lab to get a feel of an AD environment in a Linux based system.

Took roughly 3 hours to complete it.

It was a nice challenge.
